Maliheh  Barazesh

Maliheh completed her Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Allameh Tabatabai University before immigrating to the United States in 2007. She received her second Masters with distinction from California State University of Northridge in Family Studies in 2012. Maliheh completed TESL and received her certificate from LCC in 2012.
Before coming to the United States, Maliheh taught Farsi and English at different levels in Iran. She taught English at Tehran University for several years and translated several story books for children. Maliheh pursued her passion for teaching in the United States and taught English in Literacy Programs and Farsi at Community Colleges in Los Angeles.  Her Family Studies education included child development and psychology which has enabled her to communicate more effectively with children and have a deeper understanding of their learning process.
